I was having a conversation with a client this week and we were talking about the floatation tank. In passing he asked me if I had seen Altered States. He mentioned that’s how he new about the floatation tank.
Altered states is a science fiction horror file based on John C. Lilly’s sensory deprivation research conducted in isolation tanks under the influence of psychoactive drugs like ketamine and LSD.
