Centre Policies
Arrivals
Please arrive 5 minutes before your first Floatation Therapy session, and 5 minutes early to subsequent sessions. This will ensure that your Floatation Therapist has time to give you a guided tour of the Floatation Room and answer any questions you may have, as well as giving you the maximum time for your float. Please also understand that if you are late, your float time may be reduced accordingly.
Payments online
When booking online for your float session, you will be required to pre-pay by using your credit or debit card via PayPal to secure your booking. If you have pre-paid for a gift voucher, multi-session passes, floatation therapy packages or any promotions we are running please call us on
(03) 9440 9453 to book your appointment. If however, you call us to make a booking we are happy to take your payment over the phone via EFTPOS, VISA and MasterCard or when you arrive to your session.
Gift vouchers
Please present your gift voucher upon arrival. Please understand that we are unable to redeem gift vouchers unless they are presented at the time of treatment. To avoid disappointment, please make your booking in advance as bookings are subject to availability. Gift voucher will be void if the holder fails to give 24 hours notice of cancellation of an appointment or if the holder fails to show for an appointment. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date shown on your voucher.
Cancellations
Whilst we appreciate that circumstances may arise in which you are unable to keep your booking time, we require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. A cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee may be charged if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice. If you fail to arrive for your session, you will be charged the full price for your missed appointment. If you’re unable to make your appointment or your sick you are very welcome to send someone in your place. If that's the case please let us know. We really appreciate your understanding as cancellations have a significant impact on our clients and us.
Pre-paid float appointments
If you have pre-paid for your float appointment and cancel within the 24 hours, you will forfeit the cost of your session (no refunds). Similarly, if you fail to arrive without any notice at all, you forfeit the pre-paid amount.
